At Sparrow Print-N-Ship, we take pride in delivering professional printing and design services with the highest level of quality and care. To ensure transparency and consistency, we kindly ask all clients to review our policies before placing an order.

Custom Item Refunds

  • All sales of custom items are final. Because custom products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once production has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, artwork, and specifications carefully before approving. Approval confirms accuracy of design, spelling, and content. Sparrow Print-N-Ship is not liable for errors that were approved in the final proof.
  • If a production error occurs on our part, we will address it promptly and offer a reprint at no additional cost.

Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. After payment is received and production begins, changes to artwork, quantities, sizes, or specifications cannot be accommodated.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not enter production until payment is received in full. This ensures scheduling priority and timely completion.
  • Sparrow Print-N-Ship reserves the right to decline orders that contain content we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing on third-party rights.

Color Variations

  • All printing is done in CMYK color format.
  • Color variations may occur between different printers, materials, and print runs. While we take every step to maintain consistency, slight shifts in tone, saturation, or brightness are a normal part of the process.
  • For clients who require closer consistency, we recommend providing HEX codes during design. Please note: HEX codes are best for digital/web use and may still appear differently when converted into CMYK for print.
  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

File Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality outcome, clients are responsible for submitting print-ready files. Sparrow Print-N-Ship is not liable for delays or quality issues caused by improper file setup. Please follow these guidelines:

  • File Format: PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, or TIFF. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are recommended for logos and graphics.
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual size for print. Lower resolutions may appear pixelated or blurry.
  • Color Mode: All files must be set to CMYK. Files submitted in RGB or HEX will be converted, which may cause color shifts.
  • Bleed & Margins: Please include at least 1/8” (0.125”) bleed on all sides, with text and important content at least 1/4” from the trim edge.
  • Proof Review: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production. Approval signifies acceptance of layout, spelling, grammar, and content.
  • Ownership: Clients must ensure they have rights to use all images, logos, and content submitted.

Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

  • Standard turnaround times vary by project and begin only after full payment and proof approval are received. Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.
  • Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. Rush availability depends on current production capacity and material stock.
  • While we make every effort to meet requested deadlines, Sparrow Print-N-Ship is not liable for missed deadlines caused by late approvals, improper file submissions, shipping delays, or unforeseen production issues.
  • Same-day and next-day service may be possible for select products but must be confirmed in advance with our team.

General Disclaimer

  • Sparrow Print-N-Ship is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or customer-provided files that do not meet print-ready specifications.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, production capacity, and material availability.
  • By placing an order with Sparrow Print-N-Ship, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined above.

Credit Card Processing

  • Sparrow Print-N-Ship accepts major credit cards as a form of payment for services and products.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Sparrow Print-N-Ship does not store or retain full credit card numbers.
